Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Notifications Logger Android application (the "App") operated by Ekson Labs Inc. ("us," "we," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Use License
a. Permission is granted to download and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use.
b. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not: i. Modify or copy the App. ii. Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial). iii. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App. iv. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the App. v. Try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions
c. The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Ekson Labs Inc.
3. Third Party Services

4. Privacy
a. Our Privacy Policy, available here: Notifications Logger Privacy Policy, outlines the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the App. By using the App, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
b. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the App secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the our App app won’t work properly or at all.
5. Termination
a. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.
6. Changes to Terms
a. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
7. Disclaimer
a. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to the App or the information and materials provided through the App.
8. Limitations of Liability
a. In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
